About this Position The Trade Marketing & Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across commercial activities. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and ensure the successful execution of promotional and commercial strategies across channels.

What You´ll Do

Support the development and execution of trade marketing programs aligned with business and commercial objectives.
Coordinate the implementation of promotional activities, product launches, and customer programs across channels.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of trade plans and maximize return on investment.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Manage trade marketing materials, POS assets,



and promotional inventories to ensure timely availability and deployment.
Coordinate demand and operational requirements with Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders to support business continuity.
Track and control trade marketing budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company guidelines.
Support category management initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
Prepare and maintain commercial reports, dashboards, and presentations for business reviews and decision-making.
Ensure master data accuracy and support operational processes related to pricing, promotions, new product introductions, and customer activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within trade marketing and commercial operations.
Support the implementation of projects, organizational initiatives, and best practices across the business.
