Senior Project Manager – Digital Programs (remote)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex digital initiatives across multiple domains, including omnichannel platforms, loyalty systems, marketplaces, and front-end digital products. The adecuado candidate is highly execution-focused, metrics-driven, and experienced in delivering large-scale digital programs from initiation through deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes
- Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, engineers, QA, release, and operations
- Drive Agile ceremonies, planning, and execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, and executive-level status updates using Confluence
- Manage work tracking, sprint execution, and backlog prioritization using Jira




- Build and nurture strong collaboration across distributed teams
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency and knowledge management
- Support the integration and adoption of AI agents and LLM-based tools within project workflows
- Ensure governance, quality assurance, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Continuously improve delivery processes using data-driven insights and Agile best practices

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on digital project delivery
- Proven experience delivering complex digital initiatives (e.g., omnichannel, loyalty platforms, marketplaces, front-end systems)
- Strong expertise with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Track record of managing large, cross-functional, distributed teams
