Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 3–5 years of solid experience in business analysis and Salesforce implementations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick), along with excellent requirements management, stakeholder facilitation, and Agile/Scrum experience.
- The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers,



QA teams, and Scrum teams to define, document, prioritize, and manage requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements elicitation, clarification, documentation, and ongoing requirements management.
- Identify business needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements.
- Maintain and keep requirements up to date throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage and maintain the product roadmap, including tracking cross-team dependencies.
- Support backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
- Support release management, including release scope definition, additional instructions, and status tracking.
- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements, expected outcomes, defects, business scenarios, and end-user use cases.
