Staff DevOps Engineer

Arlo is seeking a talented Staff DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in scripting/coding, hands-on experience with Linux-based systems, and a proven track record with Harness, Git, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple business units.
- Develop and manage Harness CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Build, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters through automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, or similar.
- Automate production deployments and manage deployment workflows for high availability and scalability.
- Drive process and quality improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams,



fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during crisis situations with strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Stay current with emerging DevOps tools and technologies, proactively learning and applying new solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools, especially Harness, and version control systems like Git.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Linux-based systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
