Key Responsibilities

•

Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and stabilization

•

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and dependency tracking across all workstreams

•

Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

•

Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation strategies

•

Execute integrated change control, assessing impacts to scope, schedule, and cost

•

Coordinate across cross-functional teams (applications, infrastructure, cloud, testing, and business teams)

•

Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and executive status updates

•

Ensure adherence to PMO standards, documentation practices, and audit requirements

•

Lead testing coordination, cutover planning, and deployment readiness activities

•





Drive stakeholder alignment, approvals, and decision-making across leadership levels

Required Experience & Skills (Role-Specific)

•

Strong experience in application modernization or cloud transformation programs

•

Familiarity with AWS, containerization, and legacy system migration

•

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking and execution management

•

Exposure to AI fundamentals is preferred

•

Proven ability to manage complex, detail-oriented execution including testing cycles and sign-offs

•

Strong capability in managing cross-functional and distributed teams

•

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
