Post‐Production Project Manager (Internal Editing Operations)

The Post‐Production Project Manager acts as the operational lead for post‐production execution within a distributed, internalized editing model. Working closely with Brand Producers, this role manages multiple concurrent post‐production workstreams, serves as the primary liaison between internal editors and brand teams, and ensures feedback, timelines, and deliverables are aligned, efficient, and compliant. The role is critical to enabling scale, speed, and quality across internal post‐production resources, including flex capacity.

Role Overview

This role functions as a post‐production producer responsible for managing editorial execution across a distributed internal editing team in Mexico, with flex support from HYD as needed. The Post‐Production Project Manager owns day‐to‐day post‐production workflows while partnering closely with Brand Producers, who retain overall production ownership.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage 3–4 concurrent post‐production workstreams across brands or initiatives.

• Drive schedules,



milestones, and handoffs for internal and flex editing resources.

• Consolidate, validate, and translate stakeholder feedback into clear editorial direction.

• Serve as the primary communication bridge between editors and brand teams.

• Protect timelines, reduce rework, and proactively surface risks or constraints.

• Ensure deliverables meet creative, technical, and compliance requirements.
Collaboration Model

• Work in lockstep with Brand Producers to align on scope, timelines, and creative intent.

• Absorb post‐production operational complexity to support producer focus on broader brand and production strategy.

• Coordinate internal and flex capacity to balance workloads and meet demand.

• Experience managing post‐production workflows in a producer or project manager role.
