The Supply Planning Manager role at Canvas Supply Chain Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in the Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area.

This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply planning activities, including aligning supply plans with demand forecasts, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring optimal inventory levels across the network. The Supply Planning Manager will collaborate closely with demand planning, production, procurement, and logistics teams to balance service levels, costs, and capacity constraints.
Daily responsibilities include analyzing data and performance metrics, identifying risks and gaps in supply, developing mitigation plans, and driving continuous improvement in planning processes and tools. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations for leadership, participating in cross-functional planning meetings, and supporting implementation of best practices and planning systems.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Planning,



with the ability to integrate demand signals into reliable supply plans.
Experience in Production Planning and Supply Management to coordinate manufacturing schedules, capacity, and material availability.
Advanced Analytical Skills for data analysis, scenario modeling, and decision-making using quantitative methods and planning tools.
Proficiency with SAP 4/HANA and planning systems, Advance planning systems and Excel skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
Proven experience in supply chain or operations planning roles, preferably in a consulting or manufacturing environment.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence decisions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
