What is your role?
As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product and information flow, defining capacity, reducing operational complexity, and supporting cost reduction initiatives through resource optimization.
You will also support manufacturing transformation efforts by designing, validating, and maintaining key manufacturing system structures, including routings, work centers, labor standards, BOM alignment, planning capacity, and cost structures within SAP/ERP/MES environments.



Working cross-functionally, you will ensure manufacturing processes are accurately represented in business systems to support efficient, scalable, and automated operations.Key Responsibilities

Lead process optimization initiatives using Industrial Engineering tools such as time studies, workflow analysis, line balancing, capacity analysis, productivity improvement, and labor utilization studies.
Develop and maintain operational baselines including cycle time, takt time, MCT, TWC, throughput, WIP, capacity, utilization, productivity, labor requirements, and other key manufacturing assumptions.
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives such as VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management, waste reduction, flow improvement, and lead time reduction.
Define, validate, and maintain manufacturing routings, operation sequences, work centers, standard times, labor stand
