Job Description:
- We’re looking for an experienced Principal Business Performance Analyst with a focus on Personalization Analytics and Digital Marketing Analytics to join our Marketing Technology team.
- Analyze user-centric personalization experiences to evaluate their impact on key performance metrics.
- Extract actionable insights from content search indexes and behavioral event data layers.




- Deliver insights from affiliate partnerships that drive incremental conversion growth.
- You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment spanning iOS, Android, Mobile Web, Desktop, and OTT platforms, and will have access to Claude AI as a daily productivity partner to accelerate analysis, documentation, and insight generation.

Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Strategy:
- Use advanced analytics (SQL, Python, R) to provide actionable insights.
- Support personalization, affiliate marketing strategies, and business decisions.

Design & Analyze Tests:
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing.
- Optimize affiliate offers, landing pages, and user experiences to boost engagement and conversions.

Customer Segmentation & Attribution:
- Develop segmentation models to identify high-value customers.
- Implement digital attribution strategies to evaluate campaign effectiveness across affiliate partners.

Reporting & Dashboards:
- Build and manage dashboards and visual
