Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

Advanced English C1-C2 (mandatory)

Experience in banking or financial services (ideally). Exposure to capital markets or money markets is strongly preferred.

3-5 years of experience in operations or support roles within a financial institution, such as a integral bank, brokerage firm, or investment house.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.

Salary: $40,000-45,000 MXN gross monthly + Superior Benefits
