Objective

Support the Medical Education team in the monitoring, governance, and continuous optimization of the Salesforce Medical Education Platform by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining updated records, supporting event management processes,



and contributing to the successful adoption and long-term effectiveness of the system across the organization.

Activities

Support the migration, validation, and maintenance of educational event data within the Salesforce Medical Education Platform.
Monitor active events to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established processes.
Identify, document, and communicate system issues and improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain process documentation and support materials to ensure information remains current and accurate.
Consolidate and manage financial and operational data from cross-functional teams.
Assist with reporting, data analysis, and platform performance monitoring activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support platform adoption, process improvements, and ongoing projects.
