Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Accounts Receivable Analyst accesses and investigates open balances for the warehouse on a timely basis while also reconciling adjustments, rebills and processes chargebacks as needed
Your Impact
As AR Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:




Support of Accounts Receivable Tasks including, but not limited to: (Making Decisions, Executing Actions)
Timely and Accurate follow up on open balances in the Arctree system within the SLA
Timely and Accurate reconciliation of AR adjustments
Research, Troubleshoot, and Rebill balances
Timely communication with account owners to validate pricing
Manage Customer responses, ensuring all critical inputs are gathered from customers regarding open balances (Executing Actions, Providing Consultation)
Manage rebill activity for non-national accounts and communicate tracker to all market locations to ensure actions are taken
Research balances in system and validate appropriate steps forward
Provide Field Location Leaders with ad-hoc support as needed, and periodic updates on process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
