Your Role And Responsibilities

The Telecom Analyst is responsible for supporting the management and optimization of telecommunications services by ensuring accurate invoice processing, billing validation, inventory control, vendor coordination, and operational reporting.

This role ensures visibility and control over telecom expenses, supports business continuity,



and enables cost optimization through accurate data management, issue resolution, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The Telecom Analyst will work closely with Finance, Procurement, Delivery teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure telecom services and expenses are accurately managed and aligned with operational requirements.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Experience in telecommunications billing operations, including Wireless and Wireline services.
Experience with invoice validation, reconciliation, tracking, and dispute resolution.
Experience managing telecom inventory, including account, service, and asset validation.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platforms, preferably Tangoe or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large volumes of billing and
