THE ROLE

The Regional Operations Lead is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the consistent,



high-quality execution of core operational processes across all depots in the region (USA & Canada). You will act as the critical link between central teams and local execution, driving performance on key KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction, Operational Efficiency, and Ancillary Availability.

This role demands analytical thinking, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. The Regional Operations Lead supports the Regional Director both strategically and operationally, while directly managing a team of high-performing Operations Analysts.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Operational Excellence
Ensure execution of core processes across all depots at high quality and consistency.
Guarantee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and proper deployment of central initiatives in the field.
Oversee regional adherence to central scheduling tools, planning logic, and standards to maintain alignment and visibility.
