Purpose:
Accountable for deploying the Builder to Leader strategy across LATAM, translating business priorities and field needs into simple, scalable frameworks, tools, and experiences that enable Business Owner to understand, activate, and grow their business. Designs and delivers high-impact marketing frameworks, tools, and experiences for each stage of the Business Owner journey, ensuring clarity, usability, and strong call-to-action to drive activation, retention, productivity, and leadership progression. Safeguards the integrity of the journey by eliminating unnecessary complexity, avoiding content overload, and ensuring a clear, relevant, and replicable path across markets. Acts as a key integrator between Marketing and Sales, ensuring commercial strategies are translated into consistent and actionable solutions for the field.

Strategy Design & Framework Development: Lead the design and governance of the Builder to Leader strategy, translating business, product, and compensation priorities (as well as leader needs) into simple,
scalable frameworks that serve as the reference model for Business Ownerdevelopment across LATAM, in close partnership with Sales.
Translate builder and leader needs into simple, compelling and action-oriented marketing tools, messages and materials that clearly communicate the business opportunity and drive specific call-to-action behaviors in the field.
Activation, Retention & Productivity: Design and deploy high-impact initiatives that drive builder activation, strengthen retention, and increase Business Owner productivity through simple, compelling, and emotionally engaging programs that sustain repurchase, generate new buyers, and maximize business potential.
Leader Development & Progression: Define and enable clear pathways, tools, and experiences that strengthen leadership capabilities and accelerate progression from builder to leader, ensuring practical application and impact in the field.
