Ensure the successful execution of strategic projects, the availability of reliable and timely information, and the generation of insights that support decision-making. Act as a liaison between business units and Headquarters, driving cross-functional initiatives, continuous process improvement, and the use of advanced analytics to maximize the performance of the Sales, Logistics, Stock Control, Marketing, Product Management, and Network Development.

Day to day (main tasks):
Implementation of methodologies, standards, and best practices that ensure the successful execution of strategic and cross-functional projects, while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and critical issues, coordinate follow-up activities with management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to operational efficiency and the achievement of business goals
Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of business information through effective data management, consolidation of information from multiple sources,



and the development of analytics solutions, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPis) that support decision-making
Drive reporting automation and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance with corporate reporting standards and data governance requirements, with the objective of improving operational efficiency and delivering strategic business insights
Lead the preparation of executive reports and performance analyses by consolidating key business information to provide timely visibility into results, trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making.Act as the primary liaison between local business units and Headquarters, coordinating information requests, aligning reporting processes, and facilitating collaboration across different business areas to ensure the timely achievement of strategic objectives and initiatives
