We're looking for a highly analytical and customer-focused Sr. Analyst, Digital Solutions & Workday Operations to support and optimize our general HR technology ecosystem.
In this role, you will serve as a key contributor in the administration, enhancement, and support of Workday HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll systems. You will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, business stakeholders,



and technical teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience while ensuring the reliability, integrity, and effectiveness of our HR platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with HR technology, and driving continuous improvement through data and process optimization.

What will you do:
Support the administration and optimization of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, and Absence Management.
Manage Workday security, integrations, EIBs, data loads, audits, testing activities, and release support.
Support UKG Kronos Time & Attendance operations and troubleshoot system and integration issues.
Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
Participate in HR technology implementations, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
