Job Summary
Support the Program Management team in coordinating daily operations between production, customers, and internal functional teams. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused student with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn about program management within a global manufacturing environment.
This role will assist in production planning, customer communication, shipment coordination, and revenue tracking
The Program Management Intern will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Attend production meetings on the shop floor
Present the weekly production plan




Ensure weekly targets are met
Communicate with the client
Manage shipments and invoices
Schedule and manage revenue flow and fulfillment
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Degree in Marketing, International Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of invoicing and shipments
Experience handling and interacting with clients
Intermediate conversational English
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sense of urgency
Adaptable schedule availability
