Job Summary:
Subject matter expert responsible for the overall management of the company supply chain compliance to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and all other local, national and international import and export regulatory requirements.





Principal Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for export and re-export activities in the region; and work with others in the Global Trade Compliance Team around the globe to provide expert level guidance and interpretation of regional country laws and regulations.
Develop together with other Regional Directors, implement and review the Company’s world-wide Global Trade Compliance Program Manual, policies and procedures, with emphasis on regional applicability, to ensure a strong general trade compliance management system.
Oversee and direct the performance of compliance and risk audits at all Company’s locations in the region, develop corrective action plans and ensure completion of corrective actions.
Assess compliance process gaps, identify and recommend appropriate tools, processes and personnel needs in the region to assure trade compliance.
