Role Mission

Support the planning, execution, and coordination of influencer and creator marketing campaigns by building strong creator relationships, ensuring smooth campaign delivery, and helping the team identify and engage relevant creators. The role is designed to develop hands-on expertise in influencer marketing, campaign management, social media, and creator partnerships

Key Responsibilities





Support the end-to-end coordination of influencer and creator marketing campaigns, from creator identification and outreach to content delivery and reporting.
Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators based on audience, content style, engagement, brand fit, and campaign objectives.
Assist with creator outreach, briefing, follow-ups, negotiations, contracts, and campaign timelines.
Maintain and regularly update creator databases, contact lists, campaign trackers, and performance records.
Coordinate communication between creators, agencies, brands, and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Prepare and share campaign briefs, creative guidelines, product information, and deliverables with creators.
Monitor content production and ensure deliverables are received on time and aligned with campaign requirements.
Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, clicks, conversions, and
