Are you passionate about transforming data into business decisions? Join our team as a Commercial Planning Analyst (CPG) where you'll play a key role in driving category growth through demand forecasting, market analysis, assortment optimization, and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

Support category planning activities, including demand forecasting, planogram development, and SKU optimization.
Analyze market and performance data from sources such as Nielsen, IRI, POS systems, and competitive intelligence platforms to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Generate actionable insights to improve product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure category strategies align with business objectives.
Monitor and report category performance through key metrics including sales, margin, market share, and profitability.
Develop recommendations to drive continuous improvement and sustainable category growth.

Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Category Management, Category Planning, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Insights, or Finance within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience working with market data and retail measurement tools such as Nielsen, IRI, and POS reporting.
Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
