As an Exp Quality Engineering Technician at Honeywell, you will ensure product
quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the manufacturing
process. Working closely with Quality Engineering team, you will support quality
assurance activities, resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement
initiatives, and lead quality personnel.

You will be responsible for product inspections, testing, quality data analysis,
KPI reporting, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. You will
ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements while
supporting the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS), reporting
directly to a Quality Engineer.

This position requires strong technical expertise in electronics manufacturing,
leadership capabilities, and a data-driven approach to quality improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Perform inspections, tests, and measurements to verify compliance with
engineering specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards.
* Investigate quality issues, support root cause analysis,



and implement
effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Calculate, analyze, and communicate key quality metrics including FPY, PPM,
DPMO, Scrap, Rework, RMAs, etc.
* Develop and maintain quality dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide
actionable insights to manufacturing, engineering, and leadership teams.
* Identify quality trends and lead continuous improvement initiatives to
improve product quality and operational performance.
* Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and
maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
* Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
* Verify product conformity using appropriate measurement and test equipment.
* Lead and coordinate Quality Inspectors by providing daily direction,
coaching, training, workload prioritization, and technical support.
