In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Develop, implement, and optimize thermoplastic injection molding and
thermoset transfer molding processes to achieve safety, quality, delivery,
and cost objectives.
* Analyze process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency,
productivity, and product quality.
* Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies
and implement sustainable corrective actions.
* Support new product introductions by developing robust molding processes and
validating production readiness.
* Utilize Design of Experiments (DOE) and data-driven methodologies to improve
process capability and reduce variation.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, and Operations
teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and drive continuous improvement.
* Generate and maintain documentation, work instructions, and engineering
standards.
* Support equipment qualifications, process validations, and engineering change
activities.
* Provide technical guidance and coaching to manufacturing personnel to




strengthen process knowledge and operational performance.

Promote Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
throughout the operation

* Demonstrated experience supporting or leading molding process development and
optimization in a manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of thermoplastic injection molding and/or thermoset transfer
