About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Test Lead to own and drive automation testing for a high-performance, consumer-facing connectivity platform. In this role, you won't just run tests—you will architect automation frameworks, mentor engineers, and ensure flawless end-to-end quality across UI and backend services.
You'll partner closely with development, DevOps, and product teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Mentor: Drive day-to-day QA activities, review test scripts, and coach junior testers on automation best practices.
Build & Scale: Develop and maintain automated test suites from scratch using Selenium WebDriver and modern API testing tools.
Integrate & Optimize: Embed automated tests directly into CI/CD pipelines to maximize regression coverage.
Test Environments: Manage test setups including Wi-Fi test beds, automation infrastructure, and network emulators.
Collaborate:
Translate business requirements into robust test strategies and track quality metrics across stakeholders.
? Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in software testing with a strong, proven focus on automation.
Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java or Python, and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
Frameworks: Demonstrated experience designing or significantly enhancing automation frameworks from scratch.
Tools & Workflow: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), Git version control, and Jira.
AI Proficiency: Ability to leverage modern AI tools to accelerate testing workflows and scripting efficiency.
Communication & Hours: C1 Advanced English proficiency with the ability to collaborate effectively during US CST business hours.
