Key Responsibilities :

Provide training on delivery processes and ensure that drivers have the necessary knowledge and tools

Ensure that suppliers comply with the legal and regulatory documentation and requirements for last mile delivery

Budget management: for recruitment and onboarding activities to minimize costs and maintain quality standards

Act as a liaison between departments, fostering collaboration

Identify areas for improvement in recruitment and onboarding processes

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (incomplete or completed)

Experience and knowledge in last mile delivery

Intermediate English preferred
