ProTrans International is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR processes for employees in Mexico. You will maintain records, process changes, support onboarding/offboarding, coordinate benefits, and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
You will assist with payroll data alignment, enrollment, and pre-hire activities, while handling confidential information with discretion. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for NA HR environments.
