Responsible for employee relations, talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations . Partner with managers and leadership to address employee issues, investigations, team dynamics, and organizational needs. Ensure HR compliance with Mexican labor laws , company policies, union agreements, and local regulations. Manage HRIS/employee records, leave administration, payroll/benefits support, and HR processes . Support employee engagement, retention, talent development, and organizational change initiatives. Partner with EHS on NOM-035 compliance
Bachelor's degree + 4 years of HR experience , strong employee relations and compliance background.
100% onsite
Conversational English required. Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and NOM-035 . Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
