Stripe’s Mexico City office is seeking a Risk/Fraud Operations Team Lead to mentor a team of Operations Associates while remaining hands-on with complex investigations. You’ll drive operational excellence, shape strategy, and protect Stripe’s brand and customers.
You will report to the Risk Operations leadership, coach performance, own KPI reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement data-driven improvements that reduce risk. Fluent English and Spanish are required.
