Requirements

- 4 years of experience
- Java application support
- JVM/WebSphere troubleshooting
- Oracle SQL and stored procedures
- IBM MQ
- Linux/Windows server support
- workflow and FileNet P8
- SQL Server workflow metadata
- EIS imaging
- DataPower
- DB2/mainframe integration awareness
- basic .NET/IIS support for Contact Agent and related utilities.

Nice to have End-to-end prescription intake and routing across POC/eRx, fax/FMT, phone, Specialty, OWLb/ALB, AIA/AIBS, ADC, WFCO, RUA, AAG, Contact Agent, TMW, OE/eView, EIS/FileNet, and NRx/mainframe. Must be able to trace where a prescription is, which application last touched it, whether MQ messages moved correctly, whether a work order and image were created, whether EIS/FileNet received the image, and whether workflow reached TMW for fulfillment.
