Responsabilidades
Strong understanding of standard costing and inventory accounting
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Plex, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost drivers.
- Ability to present financial information to operational and executive leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong business partnering and communication skills.
Requisitos
- [Minimum 3-5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.
