At Chromalloy, we are looking for a talented CNC Programming Engineer to join our Engineering team in Mexicali, Baja California. If you are passionate about advanced manufacturing & repairs technologies, CNC programming, automation, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Develop and optimize CNC programs for a variety of manufacturing processes, including:
- CNC Milling & Grinding




- Laser Cutting & Drilling
- EDM Machining
- Water Jet Cutting
- Plasma Robotics

- Create and maintain CNC programming standards and training materials.
- Collaborate with site engineers and corporate subject matter experts to implement new technologies and manufacturing solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and Kaizen events.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in CNC programming and manufacturing environments.
- Strong Knowledge Of
- FANUC Controls
- Mastercam
- NX CAM or similar CNC programming software
- Manufacturing processes and automation technologies

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, 8D, or A3 problem-solving methodologies.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience using CAD software such as NX, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel.
