Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plan Controller with 5 years of experience and advanced English skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and controlling the costs associated with the company's manufacturing and operational processes. This role requires a thorough understanding of cost accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. Key Responsibilities :Analyze and review production costs, labour, and material expenses .Perform variance analysis and provide insights on cost-saving opportunities .Maintain and update the cost accounting system to ensure accuracy in costing data .Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements related to inventory and production costs .Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing cost data and analysis .Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure proper cost allocation and efficiency .Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes,



including journal entries and reconciliations .Conduct regular reviews of cost accounting procedures and recommend improvements .Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations .Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .3 years of experience in cost accounting or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting .Proficiency in cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and variance analysis .Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail .Experience with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel .Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams .Knowledge of standard costing methods and inventory management is a plus .
