Acerca del Puesto

CEVA Logistics México busca un(a) Analista SHE proactivo(a) y orientado(a) al detalle para unirse a nuestro equipo de Contract Logistics . Esta posición garantiza el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad Industrial, Salud y Medio Ambiente (SHE) en las operaciones de almacén.

Responsabilidades Principales

- Revisará el cumplimiento de los estándares, políticas y procedimientos.
- Promover una sólida cultura de seguridad industrial mediante capacitaciones,



campañas de concientización e iniciativas de participación de los colaboradores.
- Realizar inspecciones periódicas de seguridad, auditorías en el lugar de trabajo y evaluaciones de riesgos para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Investigar accidentes laborales, implementando acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Validad que el personal porte correctamente el EPP.
- Participar en recorridos dentro del almacén (Ej. para validar que el acceso a los extintores no esté obstruido)

Perfil del Candidato

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Ambiental, Salud o a fin.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en un puesto de QSHE, EHS, HSE dentro de operaciones logísticas (Contract Logistics), almacenamiento, manufactura o centros de distribución .
- Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001 ).
