Multi-Wing America is a integral leader in customized fan solutions, helping customers across industries improve efficiency and performance. We are looking for a Quality Manager who will take ownership of our quality management system and help us keep our ISO 9001 certification in top shape, while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

About the role
As our Quality Manager, you will add value to the business by implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a robust quality management system that supports both our quality and commercial objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as the Quality Management Representative and ensuring compliance with our Quality Procedure Manual.
- Leading and coordinating internal audits, and serving as the main point of contact for quality-related audits.
- Managing and controlling ISO 9001:2015 documentation and certification requirements.
- Organizing quarterly Management Reviews and monthly Quality Board Meetings, including preparation of all required reports.
- Training new and existing employees on the quality management system and ensuring new hires are trained within their first week.
- Managing customer quality claims, including applying 8D root cause analysis, defining corrective actions, and following up until closure.
- Handling warranty claims within defined timelines, maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the process.
- Managing supplier quality performance, including reporting nonconformances, submitting claims, managing dispositions of affected material, and following up on credit notes.
- Approving new suppliers and materials, reviewing supplier PPAPs, and conducting supplier audits.
- Driving Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
- Collaborating closely with vendors and customers to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conducting business ethically and professionally, and performing other duties as assigned by the President.

What you bring
We are looking for someone who is both structured and practical,
with a strong sense of ownership and communication skills.
Experience and skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, or 5+ years in an engineering-related field with significant quality responsibilities.
- Proven experience with customer claims and quality issue resolution.
- Strong skills in root cause analysis and problem solving, including experience with 8D methodology.
- Experience with nonconformance management and CAPA.
- Ability to develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Comfortable communicating with vendors and customers, both in writing and by phone.
- Ability to conduct failure analysis and translate findings into clear actions.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and internal auditing.
Tools & systems:
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint or similar document management / collaboration tools.
- Good understanding of manufacturing or technical operations environments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
