About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Inbound Marketing Manager to build and scale a predictable B2B pipeline through LinkedIn content, audience engagement, lead nurturing, and demand generation.
This is not a traditional content marketing or social media role.
Your primary goal is simple:
Turn content → conversations → qualified pipeline.
You’ll work directly with the founder, who owns closing and sales conversations, while you focus on generating consistent inbound demand and qualified opportunities.
You’ll own:
LinkedIn content and thought leadership
Content-led lead generation
Audience engagement
Inbound conversations
Lead nurturing
Funnel optimization
Pipeline contribution

Develop content around customer pain points, industry insights, objections, and buying triggers
Test different messaging, formats, and positioning
Optimize content based on engagement quality and pipeline contribution — not vanity metrics
Content → Conversation → Pipeline
Turn LinkedIn engagement into meaningful sales conversations
Identify high-intent signals across:
Likes
Comments
Profile views
Inbound messages
Start natural, relationship-driven conversations with relevant prospects
Use personalized, non-salesy DMs to engage potential buyers
Qualify prospects based on fit, interest, and buying intent
Move qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline
Maintain clear visibility into where leads originated and how they progressed
