The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use. **Role Purpose** Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives and IT projects within engineering and operations. Assist in creating documentation, process manuals, and reports for business units. Gain hands-on experience in project management, IT support, and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and innovation. **Responsibilities** + Assist in managing IT and digital transformation projects, including planning, development, testing, and go-live phases.



+ Create and maintain documentation, process manuals, and reports for business units. + Support workshops, training sessions, and change management activities. + Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain network systems and devices. + Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in digital transformation. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative solutions. + Shadow experienced IT professionals to gain practical knowledge and improve technical skills. **Required Education** Student pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Systems Engineering IT, Business Engineering, Development Engineering, Fully bilingual (English/Spanish). **Desired Skills** + Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and IT infrastructure. + Familiarity with digital tools and technologies (IoT, data analytics, automation). + Coding experience in R, Python, SQL, or similar languages. + Strong communication and presentation skills. + Project management and documentation abilities. + Analytical mindset with attention to detail. + Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively in teams.
