Job Description: **Job Overview** Contributes to technical function initiatives across multiple projects and manages technical elements while maintaining performance and schedule. **Job Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and implement automation projects focused on improving manufacturing processes and productivity. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PLCs, HMIs, and automated production equipment. + Perform sustaining engineering activities and resolve production equipment issues. + Support the assembly, installation, integration, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. + Design and develop fixtures and automation solutions for manufacturing operations. + Manage the selection and procurement of materials and equipment required for automation projects. + Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives. + Drive 5S implementation and process standardization efforts. + Ensure technical deliverables, project timelines, and performance objectives are achieved. **What your background should look like** **Key Requirements** + 5 to 7 years of experience in automation engineering or similar roles.
