In this role, you will oversee supplier onboarding, vendor master data governance, compliance controls, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure data accuracy and payment integrity, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence and risk mitigation. **In this role, you will:** + Lead, coach, and develop a Vendor Master team, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. + Oversee supplier onboarding and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and accurate vendor record management. + Maintain governance and control standards for vendor master data, including banking information, tax details, legal entity data, and supplier classifications. + Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, internal controls, and fraud-prevention standards. + Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Tax, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to support business objectives and mitigate risk. + Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system optimization projects across the P2P process. + Analyze operational trends, resolve escalations, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership. LI#HYBRID **What we look for:** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. + 6-8 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Master Data Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Shared Services, or related functions. + Minimum 4 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, talent development, and performance management. + Experience working in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments supporting U.S. and/or Canadian operations. + Strong expertise in Vendor Master Data Governance, supplier onboarding, compliance, internal controls, supplier risk management, and fraud prevention practices. + Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle,
or similar systems. + Experience with SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) and supplier onboarding tools is highly desirable. + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. + Proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and make sound business decisions. + Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and leadership levels. + Experience leading process improvement, automation, transformation, or operational excellence initiatives. + Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal. + Detail-oriented professional with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong customer service focus. **Workplace type:** Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home **Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
