QUALITY ENGINEER – MANUFACTURING

Location: San Luis Potosí, SLP

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join a manufacturing environment focused on quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensure manufacturing processes comply with customer-specific requirements.

* Lead root cause analysis, RCCA, corrective and preventive actions.

* Support and coordinate MRB processes for non-conforming material.

* Develop and maintain inspection plans and control plans.

* Prepare and maintain FAIR documentation.

* Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and customers to address quality issues and support audits.

* Analyze inspection, testing, and process data to identify improvement opportunities.

* Conduct internal audits and support customer and external audits.

* Train production and inspection personnel on quality procedures and requirements.

REQUIREMENTS





* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

* Experience or strong knowledge of quality systems

* Knowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, 8D, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis.

* Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.

* Knowledge of inspection tools such as micrometers, gauges, and related measurement equipment.

* Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.

* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, or surface treatment.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A quality professional with at least 2 years analytical skills, attention to detail, structured problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with Production, Engineering, and customers in a regulated manufacturing environment.
