- As a Coordinator I, Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing various installation, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure the effective functioning and upkeep of the company's facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks as assigned by the Facilities Management team.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and deficiencies within company facilities, systems, and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to foster teamwork and ensure smooth functioning of the department.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, tasks completions, and related documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Adhere to company health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.




- Continuously update technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
- Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
