- As a Bartender I, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to guests, directly or through waitstaff.This role demands knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- Mix and serve beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current drink trends and cocktail recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging in friendly conversation with patrons when appropriate.
- Check customer identification to ensure they meet the legal age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
- Monitor customer behavior to prevent overconsumption, and act responsibly when needed to address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage items.
- Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all applicable laws,



regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in setup and breakdown of the bar area for special events as required.
- Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
