Design and deliver rigorous and challenging learning experiences aligned with international standards of academic excellence
Strengthen and continuously update the Sustainable Technologies and Civil Engineering program
Generate impact through research, external engagement, or relevant academic production
Collaborate strategically with academic faculty to consolidate the School's institutional positioning
Contribute to student development, faculty strengthening, and Tecnológico de Monterrey's national and international positioning
Requirements
Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Geophysical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated teaching experience at the higher education level in engineering
Experience in process optimization, logistics, analytics, or operations management
Experience participating in applied research projects or industrial consulting is preferred
Experience collaborating with companies or participating in process improvement projects
Minimum English proficiency of B2 or a TOEFL score of 550
Experience in data analytics, simulation, or optimization tools is preferred
