- Analyzing business processes including identifying inefficiencies and suggesting ways to improve ERP system use- Manage the entire ERP implementation process from start to finish.
- Defining requirements and work with internal clients and management to define functional and technical requirements- Configuring software Installing, customizing, and configuring ERP software to meet business needs- Training end users how to use the ERP system, including best practices and advanced features- Troubleshooting issues with the ERP system, such as software bugs, performance issues, and system errors- Managing data migration and ensuring data accuracy and completeness when migrating from legacy systems to the new ERP system- Managing system upgrades, testing, deploying,



and training on new system upgrades to ensure they meet business requirements- Providing ongoing support, providing maintenance, updates, and user training to ensure the ERP system runs efficiently and effectively- Creating demonstrations to show business leaders how the implemented change will work to their advantage- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practicesExperiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation.
