**Key Responsibilities**:Advanced Stress Analysis:- Conduct comprehensive stress analysis on aircraft cabin interior components using advanced FEA tools such as NASTRAN, ANSYS, and ABAQUS.
- Lead the development, refinement, and validation of FEA models to simulate the structural behavior of components under various loading conditions including thermal and fatigue.
- Review and interpret FEA results to identify structural weaknesses, failure modes, and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed stress reports and documentation to support design validation and certification efforts.Project Leadership:- Oversee and mentor junior engineers in conducting stress analysis; provide technical guidance and support as required.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure input and feedback are integrated into final product designs.
- Facilitate design reviews, offering technical insights and recommendations to enhance structural integrity and compliance.Regulatory Compliance:- Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant regulatory standards, including FAA FAR Part 25 and EASA CS-25.- Prepare and review certification documentation and stress reports for submission to regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes to maintain compliance in analysis practices.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (automotive background not accepted)- Experience: 3 to 5 years in stress analysis of interior components- Proven expertise in using advanced FEA tools such as NASTRAN, ANSYS, and ABAQUS- Familiarity with regulatory requirements including FAA FAR Part 25 and EASA CS-25- Professional English proficiency, able to communicate fluently at technical levels and prepare documentation.
