- 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of collections software and collection systems.
- Familiarity with local regulations related to debt collection is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is requiredKey Responsibilities:- Account Management:Identify reasons for delayed payments and provide solutions to resolve issues.




- Payment Negotiation:Negotiate payment terms or arrangements to recover outstanding amounts.Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Customer Interaction:Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when dealing with customers.Educate customers about payment options and the consequences of non-payment.
- Record Keeping:Document all customer interactions, payment agreements, and outcomes in the system.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for reporting and follow-ups.
- Performance Targets:Meet or exceed individual and team collection targets.Contribute to reducing delinquency rates within the early-stage collections portfolio.
