Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Program Manager role involves responsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.
What a typical day looks like:
Responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources for the delivery of products and services according to the client´s requirements, adding value to Flex and its customers.
Manage the financials of the operation to meet the internal goals and minimize the risk to flex ensuring compliance with the contract and agreements on multiple accounts.
Support in identifying the needs of the client; to negotiate terms of its implementation and transmit them to the operation of the project.
