Job Description:
As our Engineering Manager, you'll be managing the development of scalable SaaS products, lead high performance distributed teams and improve the way our engineering team operates. You will ensure the team’s technical plans are well reasoned and future-proof and be a clear leader of our scaling strategy

You will have the opportunity to:




- Manage a team of diverse engineers including Software Engineers, Sr. Software Engineers, QA Engineers), including providing the technical direction, task allocation and code reviews.
- Work closely with the Product Management team to ensure we're building products that deliver quality and value to our clients.
- Work closely with team to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment
- Be a key player is cross-functional communication
- Participate in hiring different roles required in the team

Location: Hybrid setup in our Guadalajara office, Mexico.
