Job Description:

- Present your work and articulate your approach to teammates, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone, ensuring we create a consistent end-to-end experience.

Your day to day:
- Optimize copy for SEO, naturally weaving keywords into copy.
- Ensure that your content aligns with legal and compliance requirements, including preparing your work for legal submission.
- Use data and research to evaluate your content's impact and push for continuous improvement that shows real results.
- Maintain and evolve PayPal's content standards, including voice and tone.
- Learn a lot, make an impact, have fun

What you need to bring:




- 2-5 years professional writing experience for web or mobile content.
- Excellent, highly creative writing and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and tone guidelines.
- At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually and collaborating across teams.
- You'll shine if you have experience writing content for Enterprise CXO (CEO, CFO, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Revenue Officer).
- Familiarity with Figma and basic web production processes.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Design, Information Science or related field.
- Experience writing about financial services, payments, B2B or B2C e-commerce for consumers and/or small business is preferred.
