We are a fast-growing US-based solar company looking for a sharp, highly organized Operations Manager who knows how to build structure, improve visibility, and keep a fast-moving business running smoothly.

This role is for someone who is more than just organized. We are looking for a strong operator who can think critically, build clear reports, manage systems, improve processes, and help leadership make better decisions through clean execution and accurate data.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and operational tracking systems
- Creating visibility across appointments, pipelines, performance, and team activity
- Improving organization, accountability, and follow-through across the company
- Identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and missed details before they become bigger problems
- Supporting leadership with accurate reporting, operational insights, and system improvements
- Helping create a more scalable, organized, and efficient operation

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in operations, project management,



or a similar management role
- Proven ability to build reports and track KPIs accurately
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Able to manage multiple projects and moving parts without losing control of the details
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote position
- Experience in solar, home services, sales, or other fast-paced environments is a plus
