***What You'll Do**:- Edit full-length podcast episodes for audio clarity, visual flow, pacing, and tone- Create short-form video clips tailored for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and TikTok- Collaborate with producers and hosts to shape episode narratives and surface standout moments- Maintain organized editing workflows using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Pro Tools, or DaVinci Resolve- Optimize each asset for discoverability (thumbnails, titles, metadata,
